This book of affirmations is great for actors who want to quiet the negative critic in their mind. I have found I perform best when I am feeling more positive and confident about myself, and affirmations are one tool I use to develop that positive mindset. The book is divided into three parts: affirmations for preparing for a role, affirmations for the day of a performance, and affirmations for your acting career. All of the affirmations are ones I use on a regular basis, and my hope is that they will help the reader as much as they’ve helped me.
